Brian and Matt Justine, cofounders of Pierogi Bros., were born and raised in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. As kids, their grandmother, Helen (aka Grandma Justine), moved to FL from New Castle, PA where they learned to eat and cook some of her best recipes, particularly her popular pierogies. While pursuing careers in other areas, they always talked about opening a restaurant to share their family's food and tested the concept at a popular green market in downtown Orlando, FL. After receiving great feedback and selling out at each event, they eventually found a home for their first retail location in Juno Beach, FL in late 2021. They now aspire to make the pierogi as appreciated as other ethnic foods by sharing their delicious food with as many enthusiastic eaters as possible.
